The duration of our therapy sessions varies, depending on what you sign up for. However, to give you a ballpark figure, you can expect to spend 45-60 minutes per session.
Absolutely. We want our clients to feel safe and comfortable. And if working with a specific therapist makes you feel relaxed, feel free to let us know. We’ll gladly accommodate your request.
