We offer various types of therapies to individuals, children, families, and couples.
The duration of our therapy sessions varies, depending on what you sign up for. However, to give you a ballpark figure, you can expect to spend 45-60 minutes per session.
Absolutely. We want our clients to feel safe and comfortable. There is a section in the referral form for your requested provider, which we’ll gladly accommodate.
We thoroughly understand that some people are more comfortable speaking face-to-face, while others prefer staying in the comfort of their own. That’s why we offer both in-person and telehealth psychotherapy services.
