Client FOcus
I am the owner and founder of Modern Life Solutions. My own clinical work is rooted in a trauma-focused lens that addresses deeper, problematic subconscious patterns that drive addiction, low esteem, and other invisible chains of toxic shame.
Since 2013, I’ve worked with high-acuity clients and families in community mental health, including severe and persistent mental illness, dual-diagnosis/substance use, homelessness, and at-risk transitional-aged youth. My background and experience have shaped my grounded, direct, and unconventional approach to healing.
I specialize in EMDR Therapy and Brainspotting: trauma-focused, brain-body approaches that target and reprocess subconscious patterns driving distress. My ideal client would be ready to do the work to rewrite the subconscious programming that has limited them in reaching their full potential, is left feeling stuck, unresolved, and did not receive the results and outcome from traditional talk therapy that they were hoping for. See the information below for the Personal Intensive services that I offer.
Who this is for
The goal is simple
What makes an intensive different
Since 2019 I have been training in and using advanced neuroexperiential and somatic approaches to help clients access deeper, more meaningful change. Through my experience working in community mental health, I recognized early on that many clients were not getting the level of progress they needed within traditional models. That realization shaped my mission as a therapist: to help people achieve the most progress they realistically can in the least possible amount of time.
My Intensive Services are designed to fast track that process by providing a customized treatment plan to your personal needs which works directly with the brain and body, where trauma, emotional patterns, and internal blocks are stored. Using approaches such as Brainspotting, EMDR Therapy, and other integrative somatic methods, we move beyond surface level conversation and into the deeper systems that drive lasting change.
Instead of spreading progress out across weekly sessions, intensives create a focused and immersive experience. The structure typically includes 1-3 days (two 5 hour sessions across 2-3 days and a follow up check in session or even 5 daily sessions for one week, depending on your personalized need and treatment plan). This allows us to build momentum, stay with the process, and move through blocks in real time without losing progress between sessions. The work is intentionally structured to support regulation, resourcing, and deep processing so that meaningful shifts can occur within a condensed period of time.
To help you experience real, measurable progress in a matter of days rather than months or even years. Not just insight, but a noticeable shift in how you feel, respond, and move through your life. This approach is built for depth, efficiency, and lasting impact.
Individuals who feel stuck despite doing therapy in the past
Those who want a more efficient and focused approach to healing
Clients who are ready to go beyond traditional talk therapy
People navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, or internal blocks
If you are looking for a therapy experience that is structured, focused, and designed to create meaningful change quickly, Intensive Services may be the right fit for you.
