Client FOcus

Briana
Hi, I'm

As a therapist, I am passionate about helping couples and individuals build stronger, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. I strive to create a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape their lives and relationships.

My clinical experience includes working with couples navigating communication difficulties, conflict, trust concerns, life transitions, attachment wounds, and the impact of past experiences on present relationships. I also work with individuals healing from trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges, and utilize EMDR to support clients in processing and recovering from difficult life experiences. In addition to providing individual, couples, and family therapy, I have facilitated groups focused on parenting and dating after trauma and have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in an understanding of how attachment, life experiences, and relational dynamics influence our emotional well-being. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel understood, empowered, and supported. Together, we work to strengthen connection, increase self-awareness, and create lasting patterns that foster healing, resilience, and deeper relationships.

I am committed to providing an inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive environment where all clients feel welcomed, respected, and valued.
