Issues Treated

Charvi
Hi, I'm

Life can feel overwhelming when you are constantly trying to keep up, hold everything together, and manage the expectations placed on you. You may find yourself stuck in overthinking, avoidance, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, mental overload, low motivation, or self-criticism. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand your patterns, and begin building tools that feel manageable in your everyday life.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating ADHD, OCD, and anxiety. My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and supportive. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and strength-based work. Together, we may focus on emotional regulation, executive functioning, task initiation, follow-through, reassurance seeking, avoidance, and building a stronger sense of self-understanding and self-compassion.

As a first-generation Indian immigrant and bilingual Hindi- and English-speaking therapist, I bring a culturally sensitive lens to therapy. I understand that identity, family expectations, cultural values, and belonging can shape the way we experience stress, relationships, self-worth, and healing. I also provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care and strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported.

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We can start exactly where you are, move at a pace that feels manageable, and work together toward more clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.
