THERAPEUTIC ORIENTATIONs
Issues Treated
You deserve therapy that gets how your mind works—without judgment, pressure, or one-size-fits-all solutions. Whether you’re navigating obsessive thoughts, sensory overwhelm, burnout, masking, the emotional impact of chronic illness, or feeling unseen in relationships, I provide a compassionate environment where your experiences are validated and your needs come first. You may feel caught in the relentless cycle of OCD, exhausted by a world that was not designed for neurodivergent minds, overwhelmed by the challenges of managing a chronic health condition, or searching for greater structure, connection, and peace within yourself. Whatever challenges you are facing, you do not have to face them alone.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in the latest research. I specialize in supporting adults and teens living with OCD, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, ADHD, autism, and other neurodevelopmental differences. Therapy with me is a space of safety, authenticity, and respect. I blend science, intuition, and empathy to help you feel truly understood and empowered throughout your healing journey.
Together, we will develop flexible, affirming tools tailored to your unique way of processing the world and what feels safe for you. Our work will focus on fostering self-understanding, emotional regulation, effective communication, and meaningful growth. We will move at a pace that respects your nervous system, honors your lived experience, and supports lasting change.
P.S. - I have a therapy dog with me who joins me in session. His name is Cooper!
