Issues Treated
Have you ever felt like you've lost touch with who you are?
Maybe you've spent years meeting expectations, putting others first, or following a path that no longer feels right. Perhaps you're navigating a major life transition, questioning your relationships or career, or wondering, "Is this really the life I want?"
These moments can feel overwhelming, but they can also be opportunities to reconnect with yourself and discover what truly matters to you.
I'm passionate about helping people explore their identities, make sense of their experiences, and navigate life's uncertainties with greater clarity and confidence. I particularly enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and interested in exploring the deeper questions of life: Who am I? How did I become this person? And who do I want to become?
My approach is warm, curious, collaborative, and practical. I draw from existential, humanistic, and values-based approaches to explore both where you've been and where you want to go. Together, we'll look at the relationships, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped you, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and find meaningful ways to move forward.
I also bring a culturally responsive perspective to my work, with a particular interest in how family dynamics, cultural expectations, and intergenerational experiences shape our sense of self. While I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds, supporting individuals navigating the intersection of personal identity and cultural or family expectations is especially meaningful to me.
Therapy with me isn't about becoming someone else. It's about reconnecting with yourself and creating a life that feels authentically yours.
Whether you're feeling stuck, experiencing anxiety, navigating change, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, I'd love to support you in that journey.
