If you've been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you're simply getting through each day instead of truly living it, you don't have to carry that alone. Maybe anxiety, self-doubt, identity questions, trauma, or substance use have become heavier than you expected. When these challenges begin affecting your relationships, confidence, and sense of self, it can feel isolating—but you deserve support that feels safe, genuine, and affirming.
I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Therapy doesn't require you to have everything figured out or the "right" words. You're welcome to bring your messy thoughts, complicated emotions, humor, tears, and everything in between. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work toward meaningful change together.
As a Filipina-American therapist, I work with teens, young adults, adults, and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you gain insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, process difficult experiences, and build practical skills that support lasting growth.
I believe therapy should be both intentional and compassionate. I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help, especially if you've spent years feeling like you had to handle everything on your own. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating space for both healing and hope. You don't need to be "ready" or have it all figured out—you just need a willingness to show up. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
