THERAPEUTIC ORIENTATIONs

Issues Treated

Maan
Hi, I'm

If you’re looking for a therapist who is direct, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping you understand yourself more deeply, I would be delighted to work with you.

Are you seeking honest insight with practical strategies that fit your lifestyle? To our sessions, I will always bring a clear, direct and grounded approach and steer clear of vague reassurance. No sugar coating here. I stay actively engaged, offer clear observations, and help you understand deeper patterns behind reactions—without judgment. You will receive honest insight and practical strategies tailored to your life, not generic coping skills or one-size-fits-all suggestions. Mutual collaboration will be crucial and essential in this process.

If you are someone who thinks quickly, feels deeply, and/or has learned to function through chaos or constant adaptation, I am the person for you! Have you gotten used to being the responsible one, the problem solver, or the person who “just pushes through?” I offer you a space where you can talk about it, release it and where you don’t have to hide or overexplain. I understand the rhythm of people who move through the world with both intensity and sensitivity.

Each person comes into therapy with a unique mix of experiences that don’t always fit neatly into boxes. No checklist here! Our lives are shaped by layers of experience, influenced by culture, personal history, and significant life events. I approach therapy with that in mind – paying close attention to patterns and subtle shifts, while keeping an eye on how your nervous system and how your personal background has influenced your response to stress, relationships, and change in general.

I take a trauma-informed, somatic, and identity conscious approach, recognizing that healing goes beyond just the cognitive process. We will engage the body, the beliefs we inherit, the roles we assume, and the environments you have adapted to. My intention is to help you build clarity around your internal world, so you can make choices from awareness instead of habit. To do so, we will look at how all these layers interact.

Together, we will explore and understand the beliefs, behaviors and emotions which have kept you in survival mode. We will then put into practice responses more aligned with who you are now. Together, we will strengthen your boundaries, increase your self-awareness, and help you develop tools that make daily life feel more manageable.

We will not rush. We will not avoid. We will discuss anything that needs attention. You will get support that respects your strengths and your challenges. More importantly, you will receive a space where complexity is normal, not something you need to apologize for.
