I specialize in working with teens, couples, families, and individuals who are LGBTQ+, neurodivergent (I prefer the term neurodiverse), and/or have experienced complex relational trauma or abuse. In my practice, your well-being and sense of security are tantamount. I work with clients to untangle what’s unsafe from what’s uncomfortable, so that it’s possible to more easily move away from unwanted patterns and move towards curiosity and realizing potential.
I deeply value creativity and play as tools for healing. I love writing, art, music, television, video games, and board games, and I often integrate narrative work into sessions. You are the main character in your life, and therapy with me serves as a space to better understand your story and realize new possibilities for how it continues.
