Client FOcus
At our core, I believe we all long for connection and belonging. Yet trauma, upbringing, and systemic barriers can leave us feeling unseen, misunderstood, and lonely. Healing isn’t linear. It can feel messy, endless, and exhausting. But real healing begins when we stop abandoning ourselves in order to move forward and instead allow ourselves to move through what we’ve been taught to avoid.
In therapy, I welcome the parts of you you’ve felt the need to filter. When those parts are met with compassion and safety, something begins to shift. I’ve supported adolescents in understanding the emotions beneath their behaviors, young adults navigating identity and life transitions, couples working through relational ruptures, and survivors of sexual abuse and relational trauma.
As a bilingual Spanish-speaking, first-generation Latina therapist, I recognize how culture, family, and lived experiences shape the way we understand ourselves and move through the world. My goal is to create a space where you can feel genuinely seen and supported. I will meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, without pressure, just presence, compassion, and understanding. Because when one person begins to heal, that healing doesn’t stop with them; it ripples outward into relationships, families, and generations.
