Issues Treated
I believe that you are your own greatest advocate and that meaningful change begins with understanding yourself, your experiences, and what you need to move forward. My approach to therapy is solution-focused, relational, evidence-based, culturally informed, and trauma-informed, with the goal of helping you develop the tools and confidence to create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic to you.
Growing up in an environment where I learned to mature early and navigate the realities of life shaped my understanding of resilience and the importance of having support along the way. My goal is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you discover the strengths, resources, and insight you already have within yourself. I draw from a wide range of evidence-based modalities and tailor treatment to what is most helpful for each individual client. My clinical experience includes working with eating disorders, gender identity, juvenile justice diversion, school-based counseling, behavioral therapy, couples counseling, motivational interviewing, and career support. I have supported clients through crisis, family and relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and communication difficulties within couples.
Above all, I strive to create a space where you can develop a stronger sense of self, build confidence in your decisions, and feel empowered to make positive changes in your life. My goal is to provide you with the support and resources to process your experiences, practice acceptance, and grow. You don't have to navigate that process alone—let's do it together.
